Job Evaluation Maintenance Committee

The JEMC committee is a joint Union/Employer Committee. The Committee evaluates jobs to ensure that they are correctly rated based on nine factors. Pay rates are determined after the factors are rated. Review and questionnaire forms. JEMC Procedures are on pages 58-61 in our Collective Agreement. The JE Plan booklet is available at all worksites.

Bylaw Committee

The Bylaw Committee will present proposed amendments to the Valley Bylaws.

Occupational Health and Safety Committee
